1 Fertility Support Session - $185.00
1 x 90 minute session including:
Introduction to cycle charting/review of current charts
Lifestyle assessment to help aid conception & supporting a healthy pregnancy Familiarization with foods that support fertility (both partners)
Creating a fertility plan
Preparation & debrief for medical appointment
Ideal for those who are beginning TTC, or just starting their fertility journey
3 month package: $500.00
90 minute first month/initial visit
2 x 60 minute visits
Doula attendance to 1 appointment
Add additional appointment support to 3 or 6 month package for $45.00/appointment
6 month package: $910.00

Doulas for Aboriginal Families Grant Program
The Doulas for Aboriginal Families Grant Program (DAFGP) is offered by the BC Association of Aboriginal Friendship Centres, First Nations Health Authority, and the BC Ministry of Health. The goal of the program is to increase healthy birth outcomes for Indigenous families by removing the cost barrier to accessing doula services.
The grant program provides Indigenous families living in BC up to $1,200.00 (maximum) of coverage for full spectrum doula support with each pregnancy.

Once you’ve decided to work with a fertility doula, we’ll kick things off with a consultation. This is where we dive into your fertility history, your goals, and how we can best support you. From there, regular check-ins and tailored support begin—at a pace that works for you. Whether it’s helping you navigate medical systems, learning about fertility awareness, or offering emotional support through the ups and downs, we’re with you every step of the way.
